Situated in the Heart of picturesque Polperro, Miranda is a beautifully restored 16th Century, grade 2 listed building.Fully & tastefully restored with many lovely features,antiques & items of interest. It is found in Little Green just around the corner from the harbour in the very heart of the village. Cottage has level access(no hills to climb on the way home from the pub!! ) and backs directly onto the river Pol.Small courtyard at front perfect for enjoying that morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine!
Directions;
As you come down the hill towards the village, from Looe you see the Main carpark on the RHS.At mini roundabout TL with the Crumplehorn Inn on your LHS. Drive down The Coombes into the village(it gets a bit narrow) and TL at the Post Office. Pull up and park on RHS next to bollards and opp Nelsons Restaurant on Big Green. Miranda is accessed by walking to side of clothes shop "Easy Street" into Little Green.

We do not provide baby paraphenalia but if you have little ones you are very welcome to bring travel cot etc.There is plenty of room in bedroom.

Master bedroom is on third floor in the eaves with lovely part vaulted oak beamed ceiling.Bed with antique brass bedstead and new mattress, this bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. We provide bed linen and towels.
KITCHEN.
Kitchen Diner has been newly refitted in 2011 and is equipped with fridge, freezer,dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave. Powerful waste disposal unit in the sink for all food and biodegradeble items. Washing machine and Tumble dryer are concealed in wall.Built in ironing board in cupboard!
LOUNGE
Cosy living Room has had the enormous original fireplace exposed with a wood burner.There is a flat screen tv with integral DVD/CD player and a selection of cds and dvds. Also board games and cards are provided along with a huge selection of books -no need to bring any! Cottage also has full central heating if you don't want to light the fire in the winter.There is a supply of Coal, logs ,kindling and firelighters for your convenience. Pls see instructions and price list in cottage. There is no mains gas supply to the village. Electricity to the cottage is via a key meter .You simply remove the key and take it to ROBERT'S PHARMACY IN THE VILLAGE. They will charge it for you at the paypoint(min £5.00). I always ensure, for your convenience,that there is credit on the key when you arrive. Please ensure that you top up the key to the same amount before departure.
